Time compounding is when you get many people putting in small amounts of time to get a large amount of work done.
It's a lot like discipleship, right? There are many students looking for someone to walk a journey with them. So, it is our job to train others to train others in order to reach the "many" who need Jesus. That is what much of this summer has been. Here is a group of young men who have come through Campus Life ministry who are now doing ministry with students. I love it when we see a large amount of people giving back!
