Jake came in contact with YFC as a student his freshman year in high school, and joined our staff team full-time after graduating from Bradley University in May 2006. He enjoys music, reading, and tech stuff. Pray for Jake as he begins this new chapter in life.

Other than Jesus, the most influential person in your life: My parents ... both of them. They've encouraged and supported me without hesitation for 21 years.

Hidden talents: High kick - I can kick myself in the face, while walking forward.

Little-known fact about you: I jumped out of a shopping cart as a kid and cracked open my head. That explains a lot :-)

Favorite restaurant: Avanti's - I once ate there three times in one day ... same waitress. I also love the rolls at Texas Roadhouse.

Favorite childhood experience: Dressing up as a superhero, running up and down my street and attempting to fly (and watching the cars drive by and laugh).
