Ringo was raised on a pig farm near Kasbeer, IL where, as a child, he committed his life to Christ. The love of his life, Jean, and he were married in 1980 - they have been blessed with three awesome, beautiful daughters, Amy 23, Laura 21, and Katie 17. He enjoyed being on YFC staff for 21 years in Madison, WI and Macomb, IL. as a Campus Life Director, Executive Director, and Illinois State Director before his 5 year stint at Peoria Christian as Dean of Students and Athletic Director. He loves laughing, playing games, sports, crossword puzzles, Sudoku, reading, outdoor recreation, and ballroom dancing. God has blessed him with with a love for people and influencing them for Christ.

Most Influential person other than Jesus: Not one but two - my Mom & Dad. One of God's greatest gifts to me was growing up in a loving God- honoring home. Both my Mom & Dad demonstrated authentic faith in front of me and helped me understand the ultimate issues of life and God.

Little known fact: He loves to wear his Billy Bob teeth around his house asking if anyone has any dental floss.

Favorite Book: Too hard to name a favorite. Some recommended ones include "Lord Change My Attitude" by James MacDonald; "You gotta keep Dancing" by Tim Hansel; "Leadership 101" by John Maxwell; "Top 10 Mistakes Leaders Make" by Hans Finzel; "The Testament" by John Grishom

Favorite Restaurant: Alexanders Steak House is one of my top ones.

Favorite childhood memory: Playing games with my family especially pingpong with my Dad almost everyday. The loser had to pop the popcorn.

Favorite Song: "How Deep the Father's Love for Us" brings me to tears almost every time I sing it!
